Elizabeth Jane Hurley was an English model, actress and singer who rose to prominence in the 90s after she became Hugh Grant's girlfriend. In the 1990s, when Grant's film Four Weddings and a Funeral made waves across the world, Hurley accompanied Grant to the film's Los Angeles premiere wearing a black Versace gown with gold safety pins. This dress received instant public attention. Hurley's association in the company of Estee Lauder, a cosmetics manufacturer, has been regarded as a defining moment in her professional life. Hurley's first modelling job was with Estee Lauder at the age of was 29 years old. The model has been a model since 1995 for their products, especially perfumes such as Sensuous Intuition and Pleasures. The most famous of her roles is her performance as Vanessa Kensington, in the successful spy thriller films International Man of Mystery (2007) as well as Austin Powers The Spy Who Shagged Me (2000). Hurley has designed and models a line of beachwear named after her. Some critics accused the song of encouraging homosexual relations, some claimed that the sensual lyrics were intended to appeal to men fantasies. I Kissed a Girl's blend of sensuality, polished music and an enthralling chorus made its popularity to reach the top 10 across multiple countries. It also helped Perry sell more albums, including One of the Boys (2007). Hot N Cold's sharp, bouncey second single was well-known. The album Perry composed for herself sold more than three million copies in United States.
